"Abysmal customer service skills. You call in and they never pick up but have plenty of excuses via email. Numerous mistakes made and then blaming of the customer. State Farm is very expensive and this office is by far one of the worst insurance vendors I have ever had the unfortunate experience of working with. You would expect that paying a premium for insurance would garner a premium customer service experience but I can tell you first hand that it does not. Save yourself many headaches and hundreds of wasted dollars."
